Q01Do you serve Tijeras and Cedar Crest?+
Yes, Tijeras, Cedar Crest, Carnuel, and the East Mountain communities along NM-337 and NM-14 are part of our regular service area. We make the drive routinely. Contact us with your address and we'll confirm coverage.
Q02Do you need water hookup or power at my property?+
No. We're fully self-contained, fresh water tank, portable power, and all equipment. Rural properties, homes on well water, or locations without convenient outdoor hose access are all fine. We handle everything on-site.
Q03How long does mobile detailing take at a Tijeras home?+
An exterior wash and wax takes 1.5–2 hours. A full interior and exterior detail takes 3–5 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Travel time from Albuquerque is included in our scheduling, we'll give you an accurate arrival window when you book.
Q04What's the most common issue with vehicles in the East Mountains?+
Pine sap and pollen contamination, both bond to clear coat and are difficult to remove without the right products. Clay bar decontamination removes them safely without scratching the paint. UV at the higher elevations of the East Mountains also accelerates paint oxidation faster than city vehicles. A UV-rated wax or sealant after washing makes a significant difference in how long the clean lasts.
Q05Can you handle trucks and larger SUVs?+
Yes, trucks and full-size SUVs are standard for us. We price based on vehicle size, so larger vehicles cost a bit more, but there's no limitation on what we can handle. Contact us with your vehicle type for an accurate quote.
